Bye bye Warm regards Ani ;. Anj, 06 Jun Hi, I have the J I got a 2GB memory for it and it appears on the screen and there is a Where did they find those to I hav da j nd i think its gr8, although da touch buttons can sometimes b anoying altogether the phone is BRILL! Stylish, easy to use Hi I just got this phone today and I was wondering about how to change the volume buttons.

Currently they just change the keypress volume - which everybody automatically turns to 0 anyway because a noise every time you press a button is annoying as hell. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can change this into an overall volume button? If that can't be done that's the most pointless volume button ever.

Hi, I have the J I got a 2GB memory for it and it appears on the screen and there is a folder on my phone to store things, but when I bluetooth pictures to my phone from my computer it just says memory full and then doesnt accept the file and does not give me an option of saving it to the memory card.

Anyone got any ideas why this is happening and how to save bluetooth files to the memory card? Anonymous, 01 Jan i bought this phone at PHP 7, Well after i have seen the opinions here about this phone I find it really bad Of course, Geekc 00l had it tested!

I was really excited when i saw that the appstore finally offered a skating game. And -according to the makers- this game isn't your average skating game.

Thanks to the multi touch interface of the iPhone, this is skating on a whole new level The interface When we start the app, we get a very short ad for illusionlabs and after that, we get into the menu. Immediately, we see the great graphic quality of the game. To scroll in the menu, you have to turn a skating wheel, which is rather unusual but very cool indeed! The menu sections are: How to : or how to use skate in touchgrind, every trick has it's own video tutorial Warm up : play on a skating park with just a few obstacles, no competition, just fun Jam session : play on the big park and try to get the highest score with one trick Competition : play on the big park and try to get the highest score within seconds Options : choose if you want sound effects or not About : just some info about illusionlabs Let's go skating!

Yes, let's test the game! Since we are new to this game, i chose the "Warm Up" game mode first. I then get a few board to pick from you can unlock more boards by playing the "Competition" game mode. The skating park in this game mode rather small, with just one rail and a few ramps, but it is good to get used to the controls. The big skatepark is really awesome, it has tons of rails, ramps, and other cool stuff, even a half pipe! The controls of touchgrind must be the most revolutionary about the game, instead of just pushing some buttons, you actually make movements with your fingers.

This may feel a bit odd in the beginning, but after a while it really feels natural. For example: if you want to do a kick flip, you flick your front finger first and then release your back finger. Of course there are also a bit more complex moves you can perform. After a few minutes, i managed to do some really nice tricks, like doing a kickflip, landing a darkslide on a rail, grinding and ending the grind with an impossible.

As you can see, there is a lot of space for creativity. Problems However, this game still has some major problems. Since you really look down on your skateboard no camera angle it is sometimes hard to see the obstacles. After a while, you start to know the skate park, but at first it is extremely annoying. Also the turning controls aren't smooth, it is way easier to just stop and turn instead of turning when riding. But even the braking isn't quite perfect: sometimes the board doesn't stop at all.

Touchgrind has many problems, and to be very honest: a bit too much. I wanted to like this game but there are just too much bugs. Of course, after some time playing it, you get used to the problems and you would hardly notice them anymore, but still, there is a lot of room for improvement. Illusionlabs claims to listen to the customer and promises a big update with more skating parks, new boards, manuals, etc Posted by Geekc00l at PM No comments:.
