Whether it's a sports team, a school, a religious institution, or the workplace - most leaders begin to develop influential leadership skills when they learn how to work effectively in group settings.

Leading teams involves managing different personalities, cultures, conflicting agendas, and varying skill levels.

In this series, you'll participate in activities that help you learn to navigate team dynamics and harness your personal leadership style. All students will participate in a leadership workshop twice a week for one hour. Students will have the opportunity to participate in many on and off campus activities throughout the program. All off-campus activities will be supervised and will be located within the home area around Bryn Mawr's campus or within the Philadelphia area.
