Football manager windows mode

Recently bought a new laptop which is windows 10s. Is steam available in Microsoft store as I can only install apps from the Microsoft store. I don't seem to be able to find the actual steam app in their. I can't buy a boxed version as the laptop doesn't have a disc drive. Steam isn't a windows app, so won't be there..
